The event will run from 6 pm till 10 pm with set-up at the Parkland Golf and Country Club beginning around 4 pm. We will have volunteers to help your staff bring in equipment and break down at the end of the event.
You will be provided with a cloth covered table for serving. You will need to provide the food/beverage and any needed serving items such as plates, forks, napkins, etc.
All participant will be treated as event sponsors and be featured in print, on-line and video promotion of the event both before and after the evening of April 24th. You will receive two VIP tickets to be made available to any guests of your choice.
We are anticipating between 250 and 300 guests at the event. VIP ticket holders will be admitted at 6 pm and other ticket holders will be admitted at 7 pm. You must be prepared to start serving by 6 pm.
